St Patrick's 3 Day Celebration is right around the corner!

HENDERSON TAP HOUSE IS BRINGING IRELAND STRAIGHT TO DALLAS FOR AN EPIC 3 DAY CELEBRATION FULL OF GREEN BEER, IRISH FOOD, IRISH WHISKEY, AND LOTS OF LIVE MUSIC ACTS


DALLAS, TEXAS (February 22, 2016) – The Dallas society knows how to party when it comes to Saint Patrick’s Day and with the drinking holiday only a few weeks away (yes, less than a month!) bars around town are prepping for huge celebrations. On our radar this year is Henderson Tap House located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. If you haven’t experienced the Greenville Ave Parade in Dallas you’ll want to mark your calendars for it now.

Henderson Tap House is turning into All Things Irish – when you walk into Henderson Tap House you meet the lucky leprechaun, bagpipers, and see green beer flowing from the taps! So as you can image they know how to throw a St Patty’s day party and to add to the excitement they’ll be partying for 3 days straight. From the food to the music to the down right party it’s expected to be one for the books. Henderson Tap House is kicking off the celebration on Thursday March 17th with a day full of live music, green beer, and Irish eats! Promotions of The Big Daddy Band (http://www.thebigdaddyband.com) are already underway and the crowd expectation is phenomenal! The Big Daddy Band is a local Texas Band that has been in the Dallas music scene since early 2000 and puts on a show with rock, pop, and dance hits all over the metroplex. The energy from the band alongside the Irish Whiskey, Irish Food, and Trip Giveaway is going to really put icing on the cake for the kick off of this 3-day celebration. No we didn’t skip over the Trip Giveaway, we just saved the best for last! Henderson Tap House will be giving away a trip to Ireland on Thursday to a random lucky guest who stops in. No there are no typos, all you have to do is show up, buy one of their Green Beers or ordering some homemade fresh Irish food and you’ll be entered into the drawing!

The party doesn’t stop there, either! Friday is full of events, too, like a $1,000 Green Bikini Contest hosted by Bethany Jo and DJ Willie Trimmer spinning those hits from 10pm-close! If you drink too much on Friday no worries because Henderson Tap House will be opening their doors at 7am on Saturday March 19th for their 2nd annual Kegs & Eggs celebration. You can RSVP at http://www.hendersontaphouse.com/kegsandeggs to get their $30/person Kegs & Eggs special that includes any brunch item and all you can drink bloody mary’s and mimosa! Add the DJs spinning all morning long and you’re in for one hell of a morning to kick off your Greenville Ave Parade Celebrations. Live Music will start at 2pm, so to say the least make sure you add Henderson Tap House to your list of bar hopping on Saturday! If you can only make it by once on Saturday be sure to stop by between 7-10pm because the Killdares will be playing some live music and the best part its all free! Yeap, all weekend long Henderson Tap House offers a free cover for all their events! Chef Freed De Sanchez Barragan will be preparing Irish dishes during the celebration. Come to Henderson Tap House during the weekend and order the Shepherd’s Pie, Reuben Sandwich, or in true Irish fashion the Corned Beef and Cabbage! Henderson Tap House will also be serving up $3 Green Beer, $6 Guinness, $8 Irish Car Bombs, and all the Irish Whiskey you can drink to pair up nicely with all that Irish food!

The weekend is going to be full of events all over town, but you can’t miss Henderson Tap House’s 3-day celebration, especially knowing the owner is Irish! There’s a little rumor going around that they’ll even have a lucky leprechaun during the weekend! DALLAS, TEXAS (January 26, 2016) – Henderson Tap House (HTH) is known for being the destination for all things sports here in Dallas, Texas, but the creative minds behind HTH are branching out after the charity onesie party success! The neighborhood in Dallas was taken back by the 1,000 people who showed up for the charity event they organized. If you didn’t get a chance to attend the event be sure to mark your calendars for December 17th of this year! Alongside the awesome turnout of the Charity Onesie we are excited to see what their upcoming events will bring to Dallas, Texas.
February is going to be a busy month at HTH! HTH will kick off the month with an all new Tuesday Nights full of live band karaoke. The moto for the night, “Be the lead singer of the band!” They are encouraging all guests to get ready to rock out all night long because Time Machine will be here to play all the music you need and even help you sing the songs. To accompany the new karaoke nights they are going to be featuring $5 Texas Brand Cocktails and $4 rotating beers every night!

In the past, their Tuesday nights consisted of live music, but with Live Band Karaoke taking over the Tuesday nights they’ve moved over live music to every Thursday night in the upcoming months. The best part? There is absolutely no cover to get in for the shows. February 4th will be the start of the Live Music Thursdays and they have Boston Lager Beer Company partnering up with them for the launch of Sam Adams Nitro. The theme for the first night is “May the Froth Be With You” and yes, its all things Star Wars. What better way to kick off live music Thursdays than partnering up with a beer company and throwing a great party? Not only that, but Chef Freed De Sanchez Barragan is preparing an appetizer menu around the whole Star Wars theme! Show up wearing a costume and you’ll get a chance to get some great prizes including gift certificates! The party will start at 7pm and the live music will start at 9pm.
Leading into the big game weekend, HTH welcomes Ken Shamrock to their venue on Friday February 5th for their kick off party. The weekend will be filled with all things sports! If you thought Ken Shamrock wasn’t big enough then join them on Saturday February 6th for the big UFC 196 Watch party at the Best Sports Bar in Dallas. And Sunday continues into the Big Game Watch Party! Panthers vs Broncos will take the field for the championship game and HTH is known as the Best Sports Bar in Dallas by DMagazine for a reason! If you haven’t spent a day at Henderson Tap House enjoying your favorite team playing, we don’t know where you have been! The venue alone is full of wall to wall TVs, the smallest one being 50 inches, add in 300 die hard fans you’ll feel as if you’re watching the game at the stadium, except the beer is cheaper, colder, and the food is mouth watering delicious!
Don’t take off your party pants, yet! Mardi Gras falls a few days after the Big Game! Henderson Tap House is going to have a crawfish boil all day and with Chef Freed behind the boil this year its going to be a great one. Last year HTH was filled with customers coming in to indulge in the holiday festivities and they ran out of crawfish by 8pm, so they recommend coming early if you want to enjoy the crawfish because it will be first come first served, but don’t worry if you don’t make in time for the crawfish boil they’ll make it up with their hurricanes & grenades. Bring in a friend because you have to have 2 people to order the big ones and by big we mean 62oz of the New Orleans style cocktails served up in a fishbowl with 5 huge straws and dry ice to add icing to the cake! Beads galore flying over the bar and Live Band Karaoke back for their second week to really kick off the Mardi Gras party! 
Roll into the weekend for 2 days of pre-Valentine’s Day celebrations. If you still need that special someone then join Henderson Tap House on Friday evening for a Stop Light Party. Don’t know what that means? No problem, its pretty simple – Wear green if you’re single and ready to mingle! Wear yellow if you don’t know what you are because well, its complicated! The next day is a dueling day for boys and girls! DJ Aiden Brasher and DJ Sarah Ling Ling going head to head for a DJ duel.
